This policy explains which personal data we process, why, for how long and what rights you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries and orders for our construction services.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why
- Enquiries: when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the contact form, we process your name, email, phone number and the content of your message so that we can reply and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Customers: when we enter into and perform a contract, we process the data needed to carry out the work and to invoice it. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations, e.g. accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Job applicants: if you send us your CV, we use it only for the selection process and delete it when the process ends, unless you agree to us keeping it longer.
3. The contact form
The contact form on this website does not send your data to our server or to any third party. When you submit it, your own email program opens with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for at most 3 years after our last contact. Customer data are kept for the duration of the contract and then for the periods required by law, e.g. accounting documents for 10 years.
5. Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data. Our suppliers of email, website hosting and accounting services may process it on our behalf, only to the extent necessary. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are stored on our own website, so your browser does not contact Google when you visit. Our hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, time, browser) to keep the website secure and running.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.

8. Effective date
